Details: The NPR Procurement Specialist (Projects) role leads the development and execution of major Americas and where appropriate Global sourcing initiatives. Also, to develop and execute sourcing strategies in alignment with applicable market sector and commodity strategies. The role includes understanding local business objectives, engaging and challenging internal customers, understanding options and risks associated with supply chain activities, building supplier relationships in order to achieve good pr, negotiating commercial terms to deliver best value solutions, and the measurement/reporting of the value/savings delivered. Responsible for the Non Product Related (NPR) area in the Americas, with specific focus on Marketing and Capex Non Product Related (NPR) Goods and Services consists of the following categories: marketing services, travel, information technology, telecoms, facilities management, business consulting, capital expenditure, workshop equipment and services, waste management, utilities, property services, logistics and other project related spend. EDUCATION REQUIRED:Minimum Bachelor Degree – preferably Marketing/Supply Chain or equivalent industry experienceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years in procurement/sourcing capacity Ability to influence throughout the organization (All levels) E-sourcing experience, specifically utilizing Ariba or similar to run sourcing events (RFX”s)Experienced in leading difficult contract and price negotiationsDeep knowledge of end to end procurement & sourcing processesExperience working within the marketing & capex commodities, preferably within global companiesAbility to engage with key stakeholders, deliver client needs and procurement resultsGood financial understandingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in developing market sector strategies Strong stakeholder engagement experience Supplier management capabilities
