A Carpentersville man has been charged with public indecency in Palatine, police said Friday. White students no longer majority in Illinois public schools

White public school students made up 49.9 percent of all of Illinois’ 2 million public school students in 2014 as the Hispanic population has grown to 24.6 percent, according to the state board.
