  9. So how come there was no mention of my correct answer from your little screen shot of this dough 2 days ago? I am a chef myself and i have made that specific dough myself almost 8 years ago, which mind u is the incorrect recipe of a true "Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza", however chef to chef why not the recognition of my correct answer of your screen shotted "Deep Dish" recipe? Im not one to go in on a comment section EVER but this time i felt obligated as a chef to recieve my recognition for my knowledge as a chef. That is all, thank you for your time.
