Chicago Bears Better or Worse? 2019 NFL Predictions. Mitch Trubisky and Matt Nagy should be better together in their sophomore season, especially now that they have removed the team virus that was Cody Parkey. Can Khalil Mack & Eddie Jackson carry the Bears defense and maintain dominance with the loss of defensive coordinator Vic Fangio?

That’s Good Sports takes an in depth look at the #Bears offseason from free agency, to the NFL Draft, to no more Double Doinks. The #ChicagoBears only had 5 draft picks after trading away their 2019 and 2020 1st rounder in the Khalil Mack trade with the Oakland Raiders. Mack will need to be even better as an edge rusher in 2019 with the departures of Bryce Callahan and Adrian Amos. Quarterback Mitch Trubisky took a leap forward last season, is clutch in the 4th quarter and could be great if he learns to limit mistakes and bad throws early in games. ESPN’s John Fox and former Bears, Denver Broncos, and Carolina Panthers head coach said the Bears had the worst offseason in the NFL. Many people are excited about rookie running back David Montgomery as he’s been picked by some to be offensive rookie of the year. Personally, I’m excited about the addition of former Seahawks RB Mike Davis.
